Federico is the perfect host. He was easy to communicate with, kind, flexible and proactive when the arrival date approached. My son (who in this case was the tenant) described the apartment as very well located, super nice, well equipped and with a lovely terrace. I will no doubt rent this apartment next time I go to Florence.

This place was amazing! The view is obviously the best part, with incredible sweeping vistas of the city of Florence, and as advertised, you can see the Duomo from the bed. The photos actually don't do it justice at all, and we really enjoyed waking to that view and having coffee on the patio overlooking the city. One feature I thought was pretty cool is that they installed automatic shades, so that, with the press of a button, all the shades rise simultaneously, revealing the 360 degree view all at once in the morning. Federico was a great host...

I stayed in the loft for one week and felt right at home! It was quiet, spacious, and central. Federico was extremely welcoming and gave me a thorough walk-through of the loft when I arrived. He also provided plenty of local tips. The loft is in the perfect location to walk to everything in the city center, and a quick 15 minute walk to the train station as well. I loved the open design of the space and found the bed to be very comfortable. The high-speed wifi worked well enough for me to take video calls for work, which was important for my stay. I'll definitely be back!
