This apartment has been recently renovated: designed by the famous architect and Director of the architecture magazine "AND" Paolo Di Nardo.

The apartment is composed by a living room with a sofa bed, completely furnished kitchen and a bathroom at the ground floor and the bedroom on the loft at the first floor of the apartment. The apartment is located inside the old city center and it is 10 minutes walking from the station Santa Maria Novella.
We will provide you coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, vinegar, cereals, jams and rusk bread that you will able to use during your stay. Shampoo and shower gel are at your disposal as well as a hairdryer. Wifi is provided.

Access to the City

 

Dall'aeroporto di Firenze Peretola

BY TAXI: there is a flat rate of 20€ plus 1€ per luggage from the airport to the city center.
BY BUS: there is the VolainBus service, that takes you to the Santa Maria Novella train station.

From the Santa Maria Novella train station

BY FOOT: it will take 10-15 minutes.
BY TAXI: it will cost about 10€.
BY BUS: take the bus C1 from Via Panzani and hop off at the "Studio" stop.

From the Campo di Marte train station

BY FOOT: it will take about 25 minutes.
BY TAXI: it will cost about 15€.
BY BUS: take the bus 19 in Viale Mazzini and hop off at the "Museo di San Marco" stop.

Dall'aeroporto di Pisa

BY BUS: you can take the Terravision or the Autostradale bus, that take about 1 hour to get to the Santa Maria Novella train station.

BY TRAIN: it takes about 1 hour.

Come to Florence by car

 

The car is unnecessary to visit Florence, whose city center is mostly pedestrian.
Non-authorized cars are prohibited from driving within the ZTL at the following times:
Monday to Friday, from 07:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays from 07:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Anyway, if you are coming to Florence by car, you will be able to park it in the following parking:

PUBLIC PARKING along the Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia (in the blue lines).
UNDERGROUND PARKING located in Piazza Ghiberti.
GARAGE VERDI (PRIVATE) located in via Giovanni da Verrazzano 9 at a cost of € 20/25/30 per day, depending on the car size.
